As if everyone who has ridden the NYC subway hasn't seen this at some point. I can't tell you how many people I've seen in the act of vomiting on public transportation in this city.

I can tell you at least two dozen. Though I try not to keep track of such things...

Once when I had just moved to New York I sat on the train next to a very large woman. As she got up from the seat, we saw that she left behind some menstruation.
The Japanese tourists and I kinda freaked out, in a "NYC moment" kinda way.
I'm just really glad I had my phone handy to take a picture. I knew it would be relevant to some discussion, some day.
