Actually, this was on last week's edition of Cracked's "19 Mind-Blowing Images You Won't Believe Aren't Photoshopped". It's actually a reflection of an airplane in a lake which is covered in algae that has been sculpted into a massive installation art piece by Christo and Jeanne-Claude.
